Our History

Archway products Ltd was established as an Engineering company in 1990 by managing director Liam McNamee in the picturesque village of Jamestown by the banks of the river Shannon in Co. Leitrim.

In the 90's Archway designed and manufactured a range of farm machinery and won numerous national awards for his innovative design. As times moved on Liam became increasingly more aware of and concerned with the bad state of the nation’s roads and the primitive methods that were being employed to maintain them. We were ready to innovate with our engineering expertise in design and control systems to offer customers a sophisticated road repair product.

Over the following years, Liam refined the design of his Roadmaster Patcher to the point where is the leading single operator patching unit available on the market today. By the year 2000 the Roadmaster® was ready for manufacture, complete with patents and CE compliance. Further to that, the company started to sell road repair services to the Scottish market in 2012 and this has steadily over the intervening years to the point where Archway has machines operating under contract to councils and local authorities throughout the length and breadth of the UK.

Our current production facility covers 7,200 square feet, with a new office premises on a site of 15,000 square feet. We have won a number of design awards during the years and having grown the business throughout the UK and Ireland, Archway is now in pursuit their vision of becoming the International market leader in the Spray Injection Patching.
