About the company:
Archway Products Ltd. was established in 1990 and has grown over the years to specialise in the design, manufacturing, sale and hire of the Roadmaster Patcher, a road repair machine and vehicle which utilise a Spray Injection Patching methodology to repairs potholes and road surface defects. Innovation and determination are at the heart of our success and we devote time and resources to ongoing research and development projects. With a strong Irish and UK market, we are currently exploring expansion opportunities in other markets.

About the role:

This is a permanent full-time role and would suit an experienced Welder/Fabricator, may suit a newly qualified would join our manufacturing team. Have a good attitude, a good work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential.

Main duties & Responsibilities include

  • Producing parts to the highest quality standards as per company procedures
  • Operate fabrication machinery and welding plants
  • To assist with the delivery of production output targets and quality levels on schedule
  • To operate all machinery & equipment in an efficient & safe manner
  • To comply with all company health, safety, environmental & quality standards
  • Complete all relevant paperwork and documentation to a high standard in a timely fashion
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Certificate in Welding/Trade Cert required
  • Relevant fabrication shop experience
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, sketches, etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work within a team
  • Ability to adhere to schedules and achieve production targets
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Be a team player, with an ability to take direction
  • Candidates must have the right to live and work in Ireland
